Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various positions within the company.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events.
Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Management:

Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Provide guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement strategies.
Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Training and Development:

Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Identify training needs and collaborate with department managers to address skill gaps.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in human resources roles.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
